Introduction
Peye Bouste – Terms & Conditions of Advertising Services
BETWEEN: The Company Peye Bouste, a service provider operating in the Republic of Haiti;
AND: The Customer, whose identity is defined at the time of account registration or purchase on the Peye Bouste portal.
Acceptance: By creating an account or "signing up," the Customer knowingly adheres to these Terms and Conditions.
I. Subject and Scope
Peye Bouste offers a service to boost visibility through social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
The Customer agrees to comply with these Terms and the specific policies of the third-party platforms used.
This agreement relates solely to advertising services and does not alter obligations under other existing contracts.
II. High-Availability Services (The 24/24h Rule)
To ensure our clients never miss a growth opportunity, Peye Bouste provides a "Always-On" digital environment:
-
24/7 Fund Management: Customers may add funds to their advertising balance at any time (24/24h).
All digital payment transactions are processed through our secure, automated system.
-
24/7 Customer Support: Our support channels are available 24 hours a day to address technical issues,
payment queries, or campaign updates.
-
Campaign Launch Window: While funds can be added 24/7, the manual review and final optimization
of new ad creative typically occurs between 8:00 AM and 9:30 PM (EST) to ensure maximum quality control.
III. Financial & Refund Policy
-
Transaction Proof: Electronic records of fund additions and ad spend kept by Peye Bouste
serve as definitive proof of transaction in any dispute.
-
Refund of Balance: If a Customer chooses to stop a campaign, Peye Bouste will refund the net remaining balance.
This is the total amount added minus any funds already spent on the platform (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
and any applicable transaction fees.
-
Inactivity: Accounts with no activity for 180 days may be subject to termination as per
Article 12 of the corporate standard.
IV. Gamification & Rewards Program
To reward our community, Peye Bouste offers a points-based loyalty system.
By using our services, the Customer agrees to the following:
-
Earning Points: Points are earned based on verified ad spend and specific platform interactions.
The exact conversion rate of "Spend-to-Points" is determined by Peye Bouste and may be adjusted periodically.
-
Non-Monetary Value: Points hold no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as currency.
They are strictly for use within the Peye Bouste ecosystem for service discounts, upgrades, or exclusive features.
-
Expiration & Forfeiture: Points may expire after a period of inactivity (matching the 180-day rule).
If an account is terminated for a violation of terms, all accumulated points are immediately forfeited.
-
Anti-Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate spend or exploit system bugs to earn points
will result in the immediate removal of points and potential account suspension.
V. Data Privacy & Rights
-
Purpose of Collection: We collect your information (Name, NIF/ID, Contact)
solely to manage your account and comply with Haitian financial regulations.
-
No Third-Party Sales: Like a global media group, we strictly prohibit the selling
or sharing of Customer data to outside marketers.
-
Confidentiality: All strategy discussions and campaign data are kept in a secure,
encrypted environment.
VI. Platform & Network Limitations
-
Third-Party Approval: While Peye Bouste is available 24/7,
we do not control the approval speed of social media networks.
Most ads are approved within 24 hours by their internal systems.
-
Force Majeure: Peye Bouste is not liable for service interruptions caused by
internet service provider (ISP) failures or platform-wide outages
(e.g., a global Facebook crash).
VII. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
-
Internal Review: The Customer must first contact our 24/7 support team
to resolve the matter amicably.
-
Legal Arbitration: If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit
the dispute to the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of Haiti (CCAH).
-
Jurisdiction: The legal seat for all transactions is Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
